By placing an order with Solargrow (Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or over to place an order and purchase products from us, by any method.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell you any of our products.

All prices shown include VAT where applicable, but delivery charges are separate. All prices shown are subject to change at any time. 

We reserve the right to substitute any product displayed with one of equal value, quality and properties.

Items for sale by Solargrow (Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd), on this website are subject to availability. Unavailable items on your order will not be charged, or if payment has already taken place an appropriate refund will follow immediately. We aim to have all products in stock at all times but we can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.

Product descriptions are a combination of information provided by the manufacturer and our own experience. We try to provide as much product information as possible, but should you find that, on delivery, you have unsuitable items then you may return them within 28 days, for a full refund. The unsuitable item must be returned in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Please ensure you use a reputable parcel courier for your return. Please note return postage costs are not refundable. We do aim to have comprehensive product descriptions but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to receipt of unsuitable items.

If you receive damaged or faulty items on your order you MUST contact us within 3 working days after the day you received your order so we can efficiently deal with a replacement or refund. Goods that are damaged or faulty that need to be returned will be collected at our expense. In the event of a refund being issued due to faulty goods then this will include any delivery charges incurred. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.

All in stock items will generally be dispatched to you within 2 working days. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.

You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for more than 7 days; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order or receive a full refund for the out of stock items. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.
